Apartment overlooking the sea, 30 m from a beach!
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a small house located on the one of the most beautiful street of Sopot, in a secluded place.
Apartment with 30 square meters floor area, after major repairs.

In the apartment:
- kitchenette with a dining table for 4 persons,
- bathroom with a shower, wash-basin and wc,
- special room for washing machine,
- spacious living room with windows overlooking the sea, big sofa bed for 2 persons, two comfortable folded beds, TV, stereo system,
- household appliances, bedclothes, towels, dishes etc.
Apartment for maximum 4 persons.

Cellar for bicycles with convenient entrance from outside at guests disposal. Parking places near the house.
Near: cafes, bars, grocery, pharmacy, outpatients' clinic, famous promenade "Monciak" (300 m).
Summer attractions: windsurfing base, mini-golf, bicycle rental, Museum of Sopot, the Agnieszka Osiecka Theatre Atelier, Ceramics of Sopot etc.

Price list (we rent out the apartment for minimum 2 days):
- in season (01.06-15.09, long weekends and holidays):
price for 1-4 persons - 300 PLN/day,
- off season (16.09-31.05):
price for 2-4 persons - 150-250 PLN/day,
price for 1 person - 100-150 PLN/day.
Price depends on length of stay.
In case of longer stay (over 14 days) price to agreement.
Minimal price per person in season 75 PLN, off season 37 PLN - in case of accommodation of 4 persons.

To make a reservation you have to pay 30% advance into the bank account.
