We offer apartment for 4 persons, with 30 square meters floor area, after extensive repairs.
Only 30 meters to a beach!

In the apartment:
- kitchenette with a dining table for 4 persons,
- bathroom with a shower, wash-basin and wc,
- spacious living room with 3 windows, big sofa bed for 2 persons, 2 comfortable folded chairs for sleeping, TV, hi-fi,
- household appliances, dishes, towels, bedclothes, access to the Internet (Wi-Fi).

Price list:
- in season (01.06-15.09, long weekends and holidays):
price for 1-4 persons 200-300 PLN/day,
in case of longer stay (over 14 days) price to agreement,
- off season (16.09-31.05):
price for 1-4 persons 100-200 PLN/day.
Prices depend on length of stay and number of persons.
Minimal price per one person in season 50 PLN/day, off season 25 PLN - in case of 4 persons' accommodation.

To make a reservation you have to pay 30% advance into our bank account.

There is a cellar intended for bicycles' storing at guests disposal
Parking places near a building.

Near: cafes, bars, grocery, pharmacy, outpatients' clinic; 300 m to the famous promenade "Monciak".

Summer attractions: windsurfing base, mini-golf, bicycle rental, Museum of Sopot, the Agnieszka Osiecka Theatre Atelier, Go Karting course, tennis courts etc.

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a small, one-storeyed house, in a secluded spot, on a one of the most beautiful street of Sopot, 30 m from a beach and 300 m from a pier.
